Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026 • Version 1.1
1. Store Subscription No-Refund Policy
PrintIn charges subscription fees to print shop operators and store coordinators for cloud queue management software and automated print bridge services. All subscription plan payments made on PrintIn are strict, final, and non-refundable. Once a subscription package is purchased or renewed, no cash refunds or pro-rated returns will be issued.
CRITICAL NOTICE: SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
By subscribing to any PrintIn shop operator plan, you explicitly agree that subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time, and your shop will retain full service access until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
2. Subscription Upgrades & Cancellations
For print shop owners and campus operators:
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation for the selected duration.
- You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time directly from your Store Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
- PrintIn does not issue partial refunds for unused days within an active billing period.
3. Customer Print Orders, UPI P2P Transfers & Counter Refunds
PrintIn serves all walk-in customers, students, working professionals, and businesses. PrintIn does not charge end-users for uploading documents, creating print tokens, or tracking queues, nor do we collect or intermediate payments for customer print jobs:
- Direct Peer-to-Peer Payments:All customer print payments—whether made in cash at the counter or via direct UPI quick-pay on digital tickets—are direct transactions paid straight into the independent shopkeeper's bank account. PrintIn takes 0% commission and never touches customer print funds.
- No Chargebacks or Platform Reversals: Because PrintIn is not a payment gateway, escrow service, or merchant of record for physical printing, PrintIn cannot issue refunds, payment reversals, or chargebacks for print orders.
- Print Quality, Paper Jams & Defect Remedies: Any print quality concerns, incorrect page counts, machine jams, double payments, or unfulfilled orders must be resolved directly with the shop operator at the physical counter where the order was submitted.
4. Duplicate Charges & Gateway Errors
If you experience a technical billing issue during subscription payment (such as a duplicate payment gateway charge where money was debited twice for a single plan purchase):
Please email our billing support team at buildwithtba@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Provide your registered shop email, payment reference ID, and payment receipt so we can verify and resolve duplicate charges.
